Short Biography
In July 26th 2001 Cinzia gained
a University Laurea Degree in Computer Engineering at
Politecnico di Milano. The thesis was entitled "A methodology
to support the feasibility study in a ERP project".Advisor:
Prof. Giampio Bracchi and Co-advisor: Prof. Chiara Francalanci
In May 19th 2005 Cinzia gained the Ph.D.in Information Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. The thesis was entitled "Data Quality and multichannel services". Advisor: Prof. Barbara Pernici and Co-advisor: Prof. Chiara Francalanci.
Currently Cinzia is Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Milano in the Information Systems group (http://isgroup.dei.polimi.it/)

- Data and Information Quality: Assessment and Improvement methods in the context of service-based applications, self-healing web services, data warehouses, Web applications, mashups, IoT
- QoS in Web service: QoS criteria definition, QoS driven Web service design
- Green IT: business process annotation to support energy
saving strategies identifications
- BPM: process modeling and service identification,
quality-aware design of business processes
